The company was originally established in the Washington DC area in 1988, where it served major telecom companies and government contractors.  During the mid 1990s, the direct working experience expanded to several locations in Europe and Asia including Amsterdam, London, Düsseldorf, Beijing.  ABA is now incorporated in New York.
